Joe Marchetti

Joe has more than 38 years of experience in the real estate brokerage, asset services, and corporate advisory services business. He has served as a leader, a trend setter, and a mentor in the Richmond, Charlottesville, and Fredericksburg commercial real estate markets, while consistently being a top producer in office, office/flex, and industrial product types. Joe served for over three decades as Managing Director of one of Central Virginia’s top real estate companies, where he established the office as the market’s leading commercial real estate service provider.

While he specializes in landlord representation and land sales in office and industrial properties, Joe has leadership and management experience in all aspects of commercial real estate: marketing, development, site selection, leasing, and sales. Owners and investors seek his management and leasing knowledge upon acquisition or disposition.

Joe understands that true service excellence starts with a team that is well developed and appreciated. He builds teams of bright, competent, friendly, trustworthy people who are capable of developing positive, long-term relationships with clients.

Prior to joining Range Commercial Partners, Joe worked with two leading global real estate companies as Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Brokerage. He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and completed real estate brokerage classes at Virginia Commonwealth University, and holds a Virginia Broker License. Joe lives in Richmond, Virginia and enjoys spending time with his wife, their five children, and six grandchildren.

Since he began his career in commercial real estate in 1989, Todd has worked in all areas of the business, with a focus on asset services. As a detail-oriented person, he ensures the integration of all things that impact the management of commercial properties to allow for the highest level of service. He works closely with clients to understand their needs and customizes services to meet specific requirements.

For the last 25 years, Todd has led a team of over 400 in managing a portfolio of approximately 70 million square feet across the country, at two leading global real estate firms. He is committed to employee development and utilizing the most current technology to ensure that all team members have the resources needed to be successful in their roles.

While Todd’s main emphasis is oversight of asset services, he is also experienced in completing brokerage transactions in both leasing and sales. He has been involved in property conversions and development from the ground up. As part of his most recent role, Todd assembled a team that became the largest third-party property management provider for government occupied properties in the country. This team offered full-service property management to clients owning federally and state leased properties in 49 states.

A graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College, Todd holds a degree in business management, as well as the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the Virginia Salesperson License.

Matt Anderson, SIOR

Matt’s leadership at RCP is founded on honesty, market knowledge, responsiveness, and maintaining a great sense of humor. He entered commercial real estate in 2006 with no previous real estate background, and learned the business from the ground up. Today, Matt serves as a strategic advisor to his clients, leveraging experience gained over the course of a career in which he has negotiated over 900 transactions valued at over $1.5 billion, involving government agencies, national corporations, REITs, national developers, and local businesses. Matt has had the opportunity to be part of some of the most exciting real estate transactions in the Richmond, Virginia area, which have created significant employment opportunities in the community.

In 2017 Matt earned the SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®), a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. He is experienced in market evaluation, lease/purchase agreement negotiation support, disposition strategy and execution, and lease renewal vs. relocation analysis.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Hampden-Sydney College and is a Licensed Virginia Real Estate Salesperson. He takes great pride in his teamwork, communication, and commitment to the highest level of customer service. Matt lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife and three daughters.

Jessica Butterworth

Jessica’s chief priorities at RCP include employee engagement, client satisfaction, and business development. With more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, she understands that engaged employees provide excellent and unwavering service that is key to attracting and retaining clients.

Jessica has expertise in many facets of asset services, with a strong focus in overall operations and building maintenance services. She has overseen numerous major operations projects and software updates, including a proprietary work order system. With experience in staffing development, accounting, marketing, and compliance with federal, state, and local codes regarding building maintenance, she has overseen teams as large as 250 employees spanning the country in over 48 states. While Jessica focuses on building maintenance services, she has managed properties of all types – office, retail, and industrial – in the private and government sectors. She has worked on national portfolios totaling over 1 million square feet.

Prior to joining RCP, Jessica worked with two leading global real estate companies in numerous roles, including Property Manager, Director of Engineering Services, and Senior Director of Operations. A graduate of William & Mary, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and holds a Virginia Salesperson License. In 2022, Jessica was tapped by Virginia Business as one of 42 honorees for their Women in Leadership award. She lives in Hopewell, VA with her husband and two sons.

Craig Broughton

Craig brings more than 25 years of real estate accounting experience to RCP, where he serves as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Accounting for asset services. In his most recent role as Regional Director of Client Accounting with an international firm, Craig managed a staff of 25 property accountants and 10 accounts payable staff that performed the daily accounting duties of over 800 commercial properties totaling over 70 million square feet.

As an accountant, Craig has handled the monthly financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, and variance analysis for numerous clients and dozens of properties. He has developed and refined policies and procedures for property accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and forecasting. Overseeing the growth of a team from 4 employees to 35, he hired and trained staff, helping them develop their skills to grow into more complex roles. He helped implement new software and enhancements to better serve clients, and developed the training, process implementation, and security around those.

Early in his career, Craig advanced through multiple accounting roles at two multi-family REITs, working in accounts payable, cash management, property accounting, and business development roles. He also worked as an independent tax preparer and maintains several individual and business clients.

Craig is a veteran, having served in the United States Navy from 1992-1996 on board the USS Theodore Roosevelt. During his time in the Navy, he worked in the supply department and spent two years overseeing accounting for retail activities on the ship. He was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal in 1996 for his efforts in that role. Craig is a graduate of Strayer University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, and a licensed CPA in Virginia. He lives in Glen Allen, Virginia with his wife and three sons.

David Wilkins

Serving as Executive Managing Director, David brings to RCP more than two decades of commercial real estate experience in advisory, brokerage and management services. As a founding member of the firm, he is responsible for the growth and performance of its brokerage and advisory business lines and geographic footprint. In addition to his leadership role, David leverages his experience servicing owners, occupiers, and developers of commercial real estate throughout Virginia and across the country.

David’s advisory experience spans a wide array of customers from institutional corporations, occupiers, and owners to regional and locally owned businesses. Prior to joining RCP, he served as market leader and Managing Director of brokerage services for the Richmond, Virginia office of a full-service, publicly traded, global commercial real estate firm, where he managed strategic planning, business development, training, and recruitment for a team of more than 40 professionals. David is a former partner in a locally owned commercial real estate operation and served on its board of directors for nine years, providing strategic direction throughout the firm’s explosive growth in its various regional markets.

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Wake Forest University and has served in numerous leadership roles in both professional and community organizations. His ability to deliver best-in-class service to RCP’s customers stems from his passion for teamwork, customer service, and creating a collaborative culture of empowered teammates. David lives in Manakin-Sabot, Virginia with his wife and three daughters.

Greg Nachman

Greg’s broad experience in asset services informs his role at RCP in budgeting, financial reporting, and property management. Additionally, he contributes to the firm’s business development, client satisfaction, and overall operations of the asset services team.

Greg had an early start in property management assisting his family from a young age with their family-owned retail center. His career has since included management of office buildings, medical centers, retail centers, industrial properties, railroad facilities, government leased facilities, and leading a tenant representation team of a national medical retailer with over 700 sites. Greg played a strategic role in on-boarding one of the nation’s largest railroads with more than 2,000 facilities, and served as an integral consultant in the ground-up construction and operational development of multiple Class A office facilities.

Greg’s leadership and focused strategic planning enabled him to advance steadily from his first position as assistant property manager to his most recent role as multi-market Director of Operations covering Richmond and Charlottesville in a publicly traded global firm.

A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary studies, early and elementary education and a Master of Teaching. He has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a Licensed Virginia Salesperson. Greg and his wife live in Rockville, Virginia.
